Ryan Jay is Dedicated

Last sunday we dedicated Ryan Jay at our church service. Thank you to everyone who was able to come! And we missed those of you who weren't able to make it! Heres a pic from the dedication and a 3 month picture of Ryan Jay, he's wearing his dedication outfit.

HGTV

We decided to redo/rearrange the family room and living room. The living room was mostly the genius work of my mom and her HGTV knowledge :) The family room got all new furniture from ikea! Check out the new looks...

My First Swim

Ryan Jay had his first swim last weekend when we went shopping in DE. His Aunt Katie took him in and he loved it! He was actually mad when we took him out.

Aunt Marie

I'm once again late at posting this. My great Aunt Marie passed away. I'm not going to be able to do this well so i'll just tell you that she was a great mother, wife, aunt, great aunt. She was a great person and we miss her very much. She was very excited to be able to meet Ryan Jay and we're very thrilled that he got to meet her as well. Here they are together...

Cookies!

We had one of our cookie days this weekend, fun times! Lydia and her kids were able to come too, everyone had lots of fun this year and hopefully didn't get too sick from all the dough! More pics in the november album from cookie day and thanksgiving.

Smiles and Pictures

We try to get pictures of Ryan Jay smiling but every time we get out the camera he gets so fascinated by it he stops smiling! I did finally catch a few grins when he woke up from a nap today...

Grammy Weekend

We started out the weekend saying our final goodbyes to mommom and poppop keller. We buried their ashes on saturday at Ranck United Methodist. It was neat that Ryan Jay was able to be there.



Next we celebrated Mommom Hogelands birthday at the melting pot, mmmmm. Happy birthday mommom!



And on Sunday Ryan Jay got to meet both grammy manthey and grammy metz!

Applesauce

This weekend I helped make apple sauce with some friends. The Hogeland clan will be shocked to know that we didn't make any pies!! :-O!

Last Weekend

I forgot to post last weekend about all of our travels...

Saturday we went to a birthday get together. We do this monthly, Tim's family is HUGE! (no aaron i don't mean fat) There are more pics of all of these activities in the online albums.



Sunday we went to York to see Katie inducted into the Alpha Beta Chi Delta Gamma Epsilon Merrygoround Nursing National Honor Society Chapter of the International Nurses (or something like that). Even though we don't know the name of it we're super proud of you Katie! :)



And then Tuesday we got to see the progress at Garden Spot, here's a little video!

Our Little Lobster!

Reflux

We went to the doctor yesterday and Ryan Jay was diagnosed with reflux. We're really glad to know whats been bothering him. It explains the trouble with feedings, the gagging and painful burps and waking up crying in pain, and the bad ride home from ricketts glen he had (sorry small group peeps!). Poor little guy! He has a prescription for zantac now and we have some things to do to help him feel better. He's already a happier baby, today while he was wide awake he smiled really big at Tim! Now I have to work on getting a picture of it!

Ricketts Glen

We went to Ricketts Glen this weekend with some of our small group and stayed in a cabin. We had a grand time, Ryan Jay went on his first few hikes! Tim got to carry him around in the Bjorn and Ryan slept the whole time he was in it, so cute. I've uploaded lots of pics from the weekend to a new album so take a look! Here's a sampling...

Dentist

I went to the dentist today and they were so excited to see Ryan! They've been waiting for us to come and show him off! Ryan even got to try out the chair!

Busy Weekend!

We've had a busy weekend so far, and after typing this post I realize we mostly ate our way through the weekend!

Ryan visited Tims work on friday. Here's a pic of him finding out typing isn't as easing at it looks!



Then we had mexican night friday night. Sadly the pinata broke with the first whack! They gorilla taped it back together though for a few more wacks.



Saturday started out with apple day at my parents, yummmmm apples and pie crust dough!!
